Stripped to its bare essentials and engineered for ultimate focus, it set a Nürburgring lap time of 8’17”—redefining the limits of what a front-wheel-drive hot hatch could achieve.

This example is No.58 of just 230 units allocated to the UK, from a total global production of only 450 cars. Presented in Glacier White with vivid red detailing and matching wheels, it stands out with a purposeful, motorsport-inspired stance.

Meticulously restored, this R26.R remains faithful to its original ethos while receiving thoughtful performance upgrades — including uprated brake rotors and fully adjustable Nitron suspension for sharper dynamics on both road and track. Weight-saving features such as polycarbonate rear and quarter windows, along with a factory carbon fibre bonnet shaved over 100 kgs in this French hot-hatch.

A factory-fitted titanium exhaust remains in place. Power delivery has been taken a step further, with Stage 2 tuning performed by renowned Renault specialists, K-Tec Racing in the UK, complemented by a decat downpipe and Airtec intercooler — further amplifying its performance credentials at 230+hp on wheels.

Inside, the focus continues with carbon-backed Sabelt bucket seats, harnesses, and a rear roll bar—true to the R26.R’s factory specification. No rear seats. No sound insulation. Just the purest connection between driver, chassis, and tarmac.
